Graduates of the Tiny Home Construction Fundamentals Program in Wolfville are poised to address Nova Scotia's housing shortage. This 10-week program, funded by the province, equips participants with hands-on construction skills and industry-recognized credentials, along with high school and micro-credential credits. The second cohort built a net-zero ready tiny home, emphasizing sustainability and affordability. The program also supports underrepresented groups and includes paid work experience. A third cohort has recently begun in Lawrencetown.
